I work in the process mining team. My day to day role is to look into processes and identify any inefficiency within.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learn many new skills. The main skill i have improved on is my excel skills. Being able to create reports of something really difficult out of nothing

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme a lot from both perspectives, studying and working. I have never too much work on my shoulders, studying wise i get to learn many new coding methods which i have always wanted to learn

It is very well structured, II understand everything thats going on.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer gives me loads of support. I can ask questions any time. They show me everything. If i make any mistake they explain it in a nice patient way. Its been great fun working with him

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get decent support. On the study day when i need help they always help me asap

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me quite a lot to build dashboards

There are many teams i can join, due to covid those are unavailable

Yes

Its a really fun place to work at. Many different people to socialise with. A lot of nice people. A lot of interesting work

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GSK?

Make sure you are confident in your interview. Understand the values of GSK.
