In my role as a co - ordinator, I support colleagues who use our inhouse systems, respond to emails and answer the phone in a professional and informative manner. I work on various projects throughout the business, complete monthly reports and design promotional material to be shared both internally and externally.
Elior have been great and have put me through many internal and external training courses, and have recently encouraged me to enrol on my apprenticeship journey. Elior has allowed me to develop my professional skills and have given me lots of opportunity to get involved with tasks to develop myself.
I am enjoying my programme and thank Elior for giving me the opportunity to learn new skills and experiences. The company culture is excellent as everyone is so kind, helpful and supportive. My manager provides me with lots of opportunity to develop my skills, implement my learnings and is always incredibly supportive.
The structure of my programme is very well structured. My Manager, Coach and I have regular meetings to ensure that I am on-track and have everything that I need to succeed. The portal that we use to upload learnings and complete tasks is easy to use and allows me to see how well I am doing.
The support that Elior have given me is amazing. My Manager is great and provides me with lots of support, giving me the opportunity to complete my apprenticeship work whenever I need to. The HR team have been very supportive and have been very encouraging for me to complete my apprenticeship.
My coach is great and is always at the end of the phone/email. I enjoy the training sessions with the tutor as they are always very informative and are excellently presented. We are encouraged to work within the team, to help and support each other in a different way.
The learnings from my apprenticeship so far has given me the knowledge and confidence to implement tasks and activities effectively. I understand the theory behind a topic better and find it easier to complete a task. I understand more about the industry and where to go if I need support/advice.
Elior have a great sports and social club which offers the opportunity to colleagues to get together outside of work. The amazing CSR team provide the opportunity to get involved with charity events, fundraising and voluntary work. Elior has collections throughout the year for food banks, children toys and much more.
