The main skill I have developed in my time here is written and verbal communication.
I enjoy the programme a great deal especially learning new content
It is very well organised, particularly course dates and materials
I recieve plenty of support from by my line manager and team
I recieve plenty of support from my trainig provider and it is easily accessable
I feel It really helps as I have a greater technical understanding as well as developing soft skills
There are plenty of other activities such as virtual and sport events

I think it is a great place to train and work
Be yourself in the interview process and prepare for plenty of hard work while studying
