The role can vary depending on your rotation however, my role consisted of providing support to senior team members through various tasks.
I have learnt many new hard and soft skills like rolling forward accounts, time management, communicating effectively. However there are certain skills that I already possesed but developed further for the role, such as: using Microsoft excel, powerpoint and various office programs.
I have enjoyed my program particularly Pre-Covid however, Covid has affected the program a little bit which I do understand.
The program is structured in terms of qualifcations however, in terms of rotations there is much of stucture.
I did recieve a lot of support from my employer
My training provider has been amazing and in particular has worked me around my work and lifestyle to complete my studies
