It involves taking good valued care of the children ensuring they are looked after their very best and are happy to be where they are and also ensuring they have a healthy lifestyle from living day to day. It also includes helping them develop becoming the best they can be

While being here my confidence has shot up, it has made me into a much more confident person and i have also developed becoming more sociable as having to work in a team all day helps with this a lot .

it has made me become more happy and i enjoy it as it is rewarding watching the children grow and develop as they grow .
