I assist my team in day to day roles such as closing accounts, creating endorsements, creating premium worksheets and anything else they need help with.
I have gained a lot of new skills since joining which include IT skills, people skills (I was quite shy when I first joined but have become more and more confident as time has gone on.)
I really enjoy it, it provides many challenges but also many rewards.
Very organised, frequent training sessions through out the week and we often go to London with our apprenticeship cohort to boost our skills and to network with other colleagues.
I receive support when ever I need it, the managers are ever so friendly and are always there if you are struggling with work or even if you are struggling outside of work which is really good
They provide so much support, they go through work you have done and provide assistance of areas you may need to improve. They also provide extra exam support if you need it.
So much as I have learnt so much about insurance that I would not have known if I was just doing my day to day role
Yes they have many social and sporting events you can attend. They also have a young enterprise event where younger people can network with other people their age.
Yes
There is a real sense of belonging, every person is singerly acknowledged and made to feel like they are valued. They are a huge company so have all the support you need and there is so much room for promotion you wouldn't find at smaller firms.
Don't feel nervous as it is such a big company, just apply and see where it takes you. Don't feel nervous when you do join as everyone is super friendly and there is so much support out there if not.
