analyses, design, deliver, evaluate training for our agents. i could be delivering inductions for new starters to designing new material for training
ive learnt handy tips when delivering but ive learnt more of the knowledge side of L&D thanks to crosby training
i really enjoyed the workshops
I knew from day one what my journey looked like and what the end goal was.

be yourself and not a robot. make sure you brush up on your emotional intelligence.
