I have just changed role to Banking Consultant which means that I open up new accounts for customers. I rely on the Customer Advisors to pass me leads, or I get them myself by making calls to people who I think I can help.
I have gained confidence in calling customers.
I am not enjoying it that much as I hardly hear from anyone about it. Also I am on my third trainer assessor and don't feel that it is very consistent.
I feel I have been let down with my performer score this year and feel like I have not been rewarded for my hard work
Never hear from anyone about the programme.
My trainer assessor is very good at helping me but sometimes is hard to arrange an appointment. I was very happy though when she got my Key Skills certificate sent out very fast.
more than i did before. since my TA has started talking to my manager and the apprentice has become more widespread, my manager just lets me get on with it

Yes
It is a good job and the people are great. also they help with charity - for example anything I raise for charity they match up to £500 a year and pay me £8 an hour for my charity when i volunteer time. the union also paid £500 towards my paramedicine course fees.
it's all about customer service
