I am client-based. My role consists of completing weekly forecasts, creating slides for meeting, bringing on new joiners and ensuring they are welcomed into the company, chasing the team regarding any issues or on updates that I require, I also have to send weekly updates.

I really enjoy my program. I have developed a number of skills both personally and professionally. I love the people I work with and my job.
At the beginning the program was not as organised as I expected however as my application occurred during the Coronavirus outbreak it was understandable. When I started I found I have had a lot of support from my manager, reviewer and my apprentice mentor.
I receive a lot support from my employer. There are a lot of people to talk in relation to my job and my apprenticeship. I have bi-weekly calls with my reviewer whose main priority is to ensure I pass my apprenticeship and if I have any issues she speaks the relevant people.
I receive lots of support from my training providers. I have monthly lectures and a catch-up call with my lecturer once a month who goes through my assignments and provide feedback.
I feel as though they are very helpful. They provide real-life examples during our lectures of how the theory applies to the professional environment. During my 1:1 sessions my lecturer goes into more detail of how it applies to my specific company.
