I've developed my communication skills and management skills.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme. My degree is directly relevant to my day job so I can use experience from that in my job and vice versa.
There is room for improvement in organisation as sometimes the university are disorganised but it is structured well.
I receive enough support from my employer. The study leave allowance we are given definitely helps me keep on top of my studies.
There is limited support as it is distance learning
