Lots and regular catch ups with managers
They give us time off for college. Perhaps an extra couple of study days might be nice to relieve stress but it's mostly managed well
Definitely helps. The qualification and general work feed in to each other a lot

Yes
The people are friendly and everyone is willing to help when needed
