Opening and/or closing down the pub and leading shifts. Taking orders, making drinks and running drinks or food.
My customer focus and skills looking into food service such as silver service as well as different types of customer.
I enjoyed the program throughly.

Its a great company to work with and have many career paths for people to choose and with lifetime training for the apprenticeship schemes its a no brainer.
