Deal with Anti-malware solutions for multiple clients. This involves covering any malware alerts / reporting / investigating any issues with the AV running on the endpoint and ensuring all agents and management consoles are up to date.
I have managed to develop new skills with troubleshooting and understanding further technical issues/solutions. I have also touched on coding throughout my apprenticeship.
I really enjoy my course but can be difficult to juggle work with learning the content of the course.
Very well organized - There is clear and definitive guidelines of what needs to be studied and have rough dates to follow when it comes to learning.
Support is available but you have to reach out and dont have anyone checking in on you on a regular basis which works well for me but might not for others.
When it comes to qualifications my employer is more than happy to assist with supporting our ambitions as long as they are SMART.
The training qualifications that I gain are usually within a solution that my team already use or will be starting to use shortly so this in turn helps incredible improve my performance and productivity as can fully understand the solution and ways of working.
Yes we have multiple different activities to get involved in, there is many different social groups and lots of different charity opportunities such as sponsored walks, palace to palace and we do a lot for the Prince's Trust.

Its a great place to work - You are supported with work and you are so supported when it comes to training and learning that I feel you do not get with other companies.
