I work for FP&A as a finance anlayst. This involves competitor monitoring, reporting capital expenditure, headcount, KPI's, cashflow, and support with P&L reporting.
I've developed my business knowledge (both operational and financial). I've also learnt various transferable skills including communication, professional scepticism, business insight, leadership, ethics and organisation skills
I find the programme satisfies the needs of the apprenticeship and has helped me towards completing my studies.
Overall, I believe this structured very well in the sense of having courses booked, receiving study materials and being able to book my own exams.
I receive a lot of support from employer for various apprenticeship needs e.g. off the job 20% training, study leave for upcoming exams, flexibility in choosing when to take this time and the having enough time to complete development tasks.
I receive satisfactory support from training provider for completing my qualifications in the form of study / revision courses, having online & physical resources to study.
My qualification has definitely helped me with my role as a lot of the content and subject matter within the qualification relates to my day to day duties in the role.
I only get involved with the social activities within my workplace

TUI has a friendly atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming and a pleasure to be around. TUI focuses heavy on work life balance which is why there is so much flexibility in working e.g. remote working. It's also a great industry to get involved in.
Be polite and confident when interacting with individuals as a big part of TUI's culture is getting involved with various people you work with and maintaining that friendly atmosphere.
