I service and install virgin media products, which includes tv, broadband and phone line.
I have learnt how to talk to customers professionaly, and how to mange my time a lot better.
I enjoy the team part of the job, and that I know Im working for a well managed company.
I feel very valued, by managers and peers.
Very well organised, from Induction through training to actually doing the job.
I recieved a lot of support from my training provider.
I recieved plenty of support from my managers.
It pays well, and allows me to do anything I need to do.
There are plenty of activites amd oppurtunites outside of work to progress and move forward within the company.
