I process orders, raise and price quotes for customers, take orders over the phone, do excel schedules for customers
Learnt how to process orders, raise and price quotes, gain confidence on the phone in talking to customers
I preferred the hands on learning more as supposed to the written side. Felt I learnt and understood more by being hands on
