I am in business retention and my role is to retain home insurance business by reviewing policies and giving features and benefits.
Im failry new to the course but it has helped me be more conversational with my customers over the phone.
I enjoy the fact i get to improve my skill set and have the chance of further education whilst still at work.
I do feel valued knowing lloyds are prepared to give their time and money for me to improve.
It works well around my work and home time
They are just at the end of the phone or email if i need them
They give me all the time i need to get my work done
I am happy with my salary

Great place to work. They try accomodateall aspects of your life wether it be childcare etc.
Guve it a go. I have worked for other banks and nothing compares to here.
