Overseeing day to day management of the GP surgery. Ensuring staff are aware of the tasks for the day. Coordinating rotas and room allocation. Planning covid vaccination site

Thoroughly enjoy every minute of my fast track degree apprenticeship. It has helped me to understand the difference between small and large multinational companies
Very well planned with a hot week at the start of every new unit. Would be nice to get into campus as soon as restrictions allow
Varies. Not much currently due to our time being spent at the vaccination site
Lots. Regular meetings with skills coach. Lecturers on hand when you need some guidance
I will be able to use everything I have learned in the future when I progress into a larger company
