The role has helped develop my time management due to the regular crunch times at the end of common distributing periods.
Having been completely WFH since starting, the early careers team tried really hard to make the induction period enjoyable. But the day-to-day has become lonely and isolating.
I trust that it is well structured. There are key dates in the future that are overt and create a roadmap to completion.
I receive a lot of support from other apprentices, new joiners, and my line manager being so new to the industry. The company itself also provides a lot more support than I had anticipated.
Can't say I've had much of a conversation with Fitch Learning in terms of support. My workload has been high, but I believe the support to be accessible.
Perhaps a little bit, but I'm not sure I'm far enough into my qualification to be a good judge of the transitivity of said qualification and my job role.
Yes, however due to the times we live in; this is entirely online. I look forward to volunteering days after restrictions are eased

The company are employee-driven, they try to accommodate on an individual basis. They take employee concerns seriously and are encouraging at all levels. The work-environment revolves around community and teamwork, and so there will always be support for you somewhere.
