My job role is a customer service advisor at Santander and my day consists of helping customer with their finances for an example making bank transfers, lost or stolen cards or even sending out bank statements. One of my responsibilities at Santander is to keep myself, the bank and customers safe.
i've learnt many skills on my journey of the apprenticeship with BPP which are, communications skills (good listening skills), team work skills. I've learnt to become the best customer service advisor I can be. I achieved a distinction as my grade of my apprenticeship for level 2 customer service
I enjoyed it a lot- the company culture and atmosphere is really great I felt really welcomed and everyone is approachable here at Santander and at BPP. it really met my expectations and wouldn't have it any other way. I would really recommend it to my family and friends. 10/10
it was really organised I feel it couldn't have been done any better. The training to the induction to being on the floor was all being supported by everyone in the team and everyone was willing to help and to overcome any obstacles. I couldn't recommend it enough .
My employer really helped me throughout my apprenticeship always gave me enough time to complete my work. My manager was a great help and would always push me to try my best and not give up- any problems i would approach my manager and he would always rectify any issues or problems
i received a lot of support and guidance towards reaching my qualification in level 2 customer service advisor which helped me reach a distinction grade which i'm really proud of.
it has really boosted my self confidence and i feel a lot better about myself i feel like i can achieve anything.
we have a lot of networks that we can join, for example women in business is one that im part of, and we have a lot of charities- the charity of the year for Santander is Alzheimer's society.
