i provide care to disabled adults , making sure they have same oppertunies as everyone else . i cook clean and provide personal care for all residents . i administer medication and dress and wash customers . i provide dignity and respect and give choice to all. i really enjoy my job and plan to stay there a very long time.
lots of new skills . such as person centred care peg feeding medication and witnessing medication audits of medication and finances . training new staff and signing them off tasks . keeping work place clean and tidy and always safe for staff and customers safeguarding dols and health and safety im more confident also
i very much enjoy this programme its tailored to each individual i can take time out if needed and do more or less work depending on my ability . i find i get alot of work done and i can contact my training advisor about any concerns or difficulty i am having
extremely , i find it very easy to find all the resourses i need or require . everything is clear and easy to find . i havent had any issues with the website or the extended websites that i use to research . maintenance is done often also so very few blips and service always seems to be online
alot . i couldnt fault my employer when ever i have had to research a task she will track down some information and email me with it , she also tells me which activites goes towards my level 2 and that it will help me with my assignments . im very fortunate to have such good support
lots . i very much enjoy my training and job and feel that working whilst learning doesnt feel like im actually training on the side as im learning so much just on my job i know what my training advisor is talking about as iv had hands on experience and can put names to tasks
i help newer member of staff in pointing them in right direction . im better at my red crier training and i feel iv gained alot more confidence not just in the work place but also outside , i have a great team and they help me when im researching and point out stuff that i didnt think was a thing but turns out small tasks can go towards the research
no but wee get to take customers out for trips we do staff parties xmas birthdays and any staff leaving partys . we all are very close and its like being part of a family so we can talk about our problems and not feel overwhelmed or stresssed at work and work better for it

i already have to many new staff members . its tailored to each individual and we can take as long or as short as we need . my boss upped my hours so i could complete my course a bit faster as would of took over 30 months and now im down to 24
