  • Running a McDonalds, it is my store, oversee sales, P and L, employees, health and safety, food safety, covid regulations, staff well being, schedules, customer service, maintenance of restaurant, produce results, hit targets, produce profits.

  • I enjoy meeting ne people and learning new skills

  • COVID has been hard and been online hard to keep motivated

  • had a took tough as my partner had been unwell, asked for Exceptional Circumstances was only given a 3 week extension which I feel was not enough

  • I live out of Manchester so this area is hard to judge

  • Great company to work for. Been very understand of my personal reasons and had lots of support from above.
