Assisting vulnerable adults with day to day tasks to promote independence.
Yes I have done many courses relating to my job such as first aid, stroke awareness, and safeguarding along with medication training and I feel they made me understand the needs of service users and allowed me to relate to them as I had a better understanding.
I thoroughly enjoyed my training.
Very well organised I would always be notified of upcoming events and always in advance.
My employer had been very supportive and has helped me with anything I needed.
A lot of support. If I was ever unsure of something they were always there to talk me through it.
It helps me as it teaches you in depth about the kind of things tmyou may come across and safety procedures so you always know what time do in a situation and had definitely made me feel more confident.
