I oversee the running of our sales team.
The apprenticeship to date has been very interesting and i feel as a manager i am learning and developing new skills, i have particularly enjoyed the section in my apprenticeship on the different management styles.
Not just because i am learning new ways and new processes, during the recent pandemic i have found that being able to step away from my daily work and dive into my apprenticeship its been an escape that i have looked forward to & enjoyed.
Very well organised, i have everything calendarised mutually with my tutor, my tutor is available whenever i need her and i have enjoyed the virtual way of delivering my apprenticeship during this turbulent time.
I get as much support from my employer as needed.
I get as much support as required, my tutor is incredible.
My qualification is a perfect fit within my current job role, as i manage a team one of the areas in which it is helping me perform better is showing me how best to motivate and guide my team towards our current goal.
Yes plenty, i am particular enjoying the company's exercise club, which i attend a minimum of three days per week during lunch time.
