Overall day to day running of the scheme. Organising staff, school collections, preparing snacks, ticking attendance registers, communicating with parents and general care of the children attending. Also in charge of finances and payments.
I have developed existing skills. I am better at dealing with conflict amongst staff and delegating jobs that need to be done amongst the staff instead of trying to do it all myself.
I thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship.
Very well structured. The course work was manageable whilst working full time.
A lot of support received. The management team all worked together to support each other to finish the qualification.
My tutor at Aspiration training was amazing. I could contact her whenever I was struggling with the work or had a question.
I feel that it has made me a better manager and has given me confidence to take charge of the setting.
