I work with the money-in side of the Fidelity, and received cheques from customers and make sure that the correct amount of money is deposited into their accounts.
Yes I have learnt how to work with people from a different country as they have different ways of completing activates and I have adapted to this.
The programme is very enjoyable and I am increasing my skills and learning new ones along the way
The progreamme is structured very well, with regular meetings to assess our completion and see if we are facing any barriers.
Fidelity provide a lot of support as we have a mentor and a buddy that we can have regular meetings with, also we have calls at the beginning and end of the week to address any problems we have and see if we are working alright.
Since i have only just started my qualification, it is hard to give a good verdict on this, however, when we did start we had a call with our skills coach
It has given me a greater understand of the finance part of my role
Yes, even though we are working from home, so it is hard to have these activites, there are some that are being put in place over zoom, which has really eased everyone with the workload
Yes
Fidelity look after their employees to a standard i have never seen before, they make sure everyone is comfortable when working from home and there is always someone to talk to if needed be.
Be yourself as Fidelity care more about your personality than having to put one on in an interview and be nothing like that when it comes to socialising with your colleagues
