Managing the Day to day of BIM activities
Yes
I have enjoyed learning however the way LSP has conducted itself with the quality of training, Deadlines and making is obismal
Kier structure is good however I have been without a line manager and mentor in my field for over 10 months of my Apprenticeship, this has not helped my learning. LSP is not organised at all and I'm very disgusted as to how they have conducted themselves.
For the first part of my apprenticeship a lot however since my line manager left I have not had any support in my field.
The training was not very good only enough to pass not to learn. In regards to meeting the deadline and marking it has been very poor.
It has given me more knowledge about the industry however what has supported my learning.
