I lead a global team who deliver operational and strategic technical solutions to clinical trials and who support lean, BPM, training and capability uplift of team members within Global Clinical Supply Chain and beyond.

It is early in my course but I have already learnt new skills and am applying them consistently.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Absolutely loving it so far - very relevant to what I am doing and I can see that all modules will help me to stretch myself and bring value to the company.

Very well structured and organised, especially due to lockdown changes.

Full support, engagement and encouragement from all levels - Managers, responsible teams and peers

Excellent support so far and clear guidance on what is required to meet objectives.

It is helping daily with my work

There are multiple activities - I chair an industry group which holds networking events outside of my company and there are multiple social groups and sports activities to join internally

I believe in the AZ values, the purpose of the company, the direction we are taking and in our ethics and desire to be a responsible employer - I believe in our science and products and believe AZ is a great place to work.

Be yourself, be honest, prepare for the interview, do your research and do your best - the interview experience is great also regardless of the outcome
