My role is to repair and maintain factory machinery and systems.
Have developed skills in hand fitting and using workshop machinery to create tools or produce parts for repairing factory equipment. I have also learnt new skills like soldering and how to construct and maintain electrical circuits.
I enjoy it very much, the work is engaging while also being challenging with the appropriate level of support and guidance.
The programme is well organised with training planned and delegated to apprentices.
An adequate amount of support is received form my employer and more would be supplied if I asked for it.
A good level of support is provided to me so that I am able to reach the desired qualifications.
I feel that the training provider could cater towards my actual role better so that the things I learn will be useful for my work a Britvic.
There are many extra-curricular activities to take part in both social and networking.
