I spend my day developing and testing code in java to support my client.
The role has increased my Java, Git skills aswell as my agile working skills.
The program is busy and very time consuming but as i am working on something i enjoy, i have motivation to keep working.
the program has a clear structure from both my employer and educator.
my employer provided extensive support with my mental wellbeing and will always solve any enquiry or issue i face.
support is given but it isnt great, tutors do not understand the fact we work at a full time job.
the qualification is teaching me content that relates to my role.
we have many networking events online such as virtual coffee catch ups and step count competitions.
