On a day to day basis, my role entails sending out multiple reports of an update of how things are looking and also monitoring the workflows to make sure nothings going wrong and that if there is to report it in my daily reports.
During my apprenticeship I have learnt many new skills as coding is not something I have done before so all the coding languages have been completely new to me. The main focuses have been Java and HTML.
I enjoy working at Accenture a lot. They offer a lot of benefits, the staff are really friendly and it is a great environment to work at.
Due to Covid, it has been a huge struggle with going into College to study this has meant that dates have been pushed back and postponed but couldn't be helped. I am hoping once life goes back to normal everything might be more organized.
From my team I receive a lot of support whether that be help on daily work tasks or help and advice from my apprenticeship as a few of my colleagues have done the same as me.
Whilst studying for my exams, I received a lot of support from Gateshead collage on useful materials and ways to revise.
From the training I've received it has definitely improved my overall knowledge of programming languages as this was something I had never done before.
There are lots of different activities to get involved in at accenture for example I am currently involved in a step competition for the Mental Health Allies.
