  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • in my role at the minute Im doing training courses on react native programming languages so learning about javascript and how to use it to make phone apps and web apps, but in the past i did site reliability engineering which was making sure apps were up to date and working

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • yes i learned a lot more about programming and programming languages as well as things like what my company does day to day and the things i am expected to do as an apprentice. i also learned a lot about people and developed my people skills since starting this course

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoy my program a lot as programming has always been an intertest of mine and something ive wanted to pursue as a career as long as i can remember and with this course it has allowed me to work and learn about something i loved doing anyway and turn in into a career

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • i think my program is pretty organised as i have set days for when i am going to college and plans for each day while im there such as what were doing or learning and how we could use it in the workplace, as well as the company in general being very organised

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i receive a lot of support from my employer through answering all my questions and getting benefits from the company such as healthcare, rewards and lots of extras like that. also everyone here works well together and is willing to help me with anything im struggling with or feel i need help with

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i receive a lot of support from my training provider with everything from day to day work to stuff on the qualifications, they help me know what i have to do to help me with the qualification and give me tips on how I could do better and pass the course

  • I feel my training provider has helped me a lot in my performance in my role as i have gotten a lot of tips and tricks from my training provider on how to do better within my work place and how to do better within my apprentice course in general

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • there are many different opportunities which you can take part in at my work place, which include things such as clubs like wine tasting and many different opportunities emailed and messaged out everyday with new and exciting things to take part in meaning there are lots of variety in clubs

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • at accenture i believe they treat their workers very well including things such as benefits and making sure everyone is happy and healthy, things include mental health allies, private healthcare, encouraging joining the gym and many other things they offer such as rewards programs and ways to get involved with others


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • if you are thinking about joining us here at accenture you should have a passion for IT and have a good attitude towards learning and giving every thing you can your best efforts, and never be afraid to ask for help as everyone i have met have always been friendly
