My job role is admin and in the daily basis I am doing the Schedule, keeping in contact with the suppliers informing them about the discrepancies in the deliveries, making claim for shortages , overs or damaged stock, send the No Show report in case we have missing deliveries.
Yes, I learnt how to priorities my tasks, I developed my English skills both speaking and writing.
I love this programme because I learn lots of new things about the company I am working in, about its aims , mission, values and strategies. Also I learnt a lot of new thing about our policies and regulation.
The programme is very well structured
I received as much support as I need from my employer, they are offering extra time off the job to complete the apprenticeship also my managers are helping me with the tasks I have to do.
My training providing is very helpful and for instance when I had to complete my English and Maths exams they offered me a new assessor which helped me to take the exams.
I think this qualification will help me a lot in my job role.
