I come into work get my allocated to my jobs and fulfill them to the standards I've learnt during my apprenticeship
I've learnt a whole lot during the apprenticeship skills which I can use in the day to day life aswell as my work, it allows me to be more effective
I really enjoy this programme as I'm being walked into my role rather than just dropped in.
My programme is very structured with given me plenty of time to build upon what I learn in the physical sense of the learning
From my employer I gain so much support and help right from the first day
Matt has been very helpful during the whole apprenticeship finding ways to alter towards my way of learning
I've worked management in the hospitality industry for years and never had any progress within myself let alone the ladder so doing this apprenticeship is helping massively from my views of management
Yes we go for social events when possible to rest as a team
Yes
Because aldi is one of the few companies that ensure the employees are treated fairly
Just be yourself and it really is one whole family that will shape you into the best you can be
