  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I did enjoy it because it was easy for me to complete, but I did not learn much.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was structured - like meetings were booked in advanced every month. But organised - what I was lacking is to be taught by someone, to be prepared by someone for the knowledge test. That never happened, and all the learning materials I found online, as the tutor did not have any materials. Also, worth mentioning, the whole process of working on two projects, preparing statement etc was not explained to me in advance, it was done ad hoc, like the tutor would tell me month before end that I need to do this and this additionally. This caused my anxiety to spike. I would rather been told before the plan, so I can prepare.

  • Apart from positive words and encouragement - support was none.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Not at all. As I said, I did learn all by myself, but it was just to pass the knowledge test, so this knowledge will dissapear in few weeks. Which is a shame because I would have loved to be taught or given materials to read through about all the business styles of planning etc.

  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • the company is driven by money and not care. there is no way of promotions at work, no encouragement of developing at all. the culture of this job is low.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Priory Group?
  • There are better companies out there, that are supportive and really caring.
