Looking after children and helping them learn through play work. We assist them on play, toileting, healthy eating and drinking.
I have learnt team working skills, time management, confidence. I also learnt how to communicate with children under the age of 2 years old.
I really enjoy my programme, I like learning about how the child’s mind works, how we can help develop their language and how they learn through play
Very organised as we have a routine we follow everyday.
Loads of support, anything I need or want help with they are there to help.
At the start with my core I had plenty of support from my tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] but with my observations I haven’t had much but working through it with my employer by my side
I performed better from learning new skills, learning new things to help me in my job and more confident in myself
