As a store assistant it’s important to welcome customers Make sure there are trolley/baskets available Be friendly and helpful and adaptable Keep the store tidy and litter free by carding and making the shelves look nice and full Have no customers waiting at the till is very important.
I am learning to develop my existing skills. I am also learning a lot about the business and how it runs which is very interesting. I am learning you never to always be aware of my body language. I am also learning to share my knowledge with my colleagues.
I love leaning new things and how to improve my performance within the company because I believe in the core values of Aldi. I enjoy being tested and pushed to find out more such as why are we different to other supermarkets, this is interesting to find out and research
Very well structured to be able to fit in with working schedule. Also there is lots of help if needed. Having the calls with my trainer once a month which is great to know I’m on the right track. If I do get stuck I am able to call
My employer supports me well with any questions relating to my work. I know how my phone calls with my trainer online at work time so this is accommodating into my shift time. I am encouraged by my employer to do well and show my skills at work
My training provider give me great support by all the app has to offer and the one on one calls I have and can assess
I am more aware of things such as body language and the importance of making a good first impression Building an uplifting attitude and encouraging other colleagues to have the same attitude and approach to our customers To be more aware to turn a complaint into a returning customer
We have an app that supplies all this activity if you wish to persue it
Yes
I believe in there core values and promises and I believe if that is in your heart you can not recommend Aldi to anyone.
You should be a people person most of all. Although Aldi is not a company from UK to have the values that customers of the UK know and expect and be able to deliver that is essential
