Filling the shelves, maintaining stock, managing waste, customer service, working on the till, team leading.
Yes i’ve learned about customer service, confident speaking, dealing with time pressure, using technology, the environment and how to reduce waste, discrimination, equality.
I enjoy the programme because it allows me to succeed with a company that is rising in popularity and become a leader in the world of retail. On top of that my co-workers are supportive with my apprenticeship scheme and my trainers do everything to secure my success.
We have monthly visits so it very well structured and they tell you exactly what you’ll be working towards like my end point assessment and what that entails.
My employer is very organised with my monthly meetings and up to date with any dates to be reserved for a test or visit.
Lots of support. My trainer makes sure i fully understand anything and will keep me up to date with my work so i can ensure qualifications

Yes we have a football tournament everything few months played on a sunday. Also we have Christmas dues every year.
