I am currently involved with the NHSMail project where I am the 2nd/3rd line of support for NHSMail users. I am currently in the process of automating certain tasks and resolutions for users.
I have learnt how to work in a professional environment and how to develop an application in a secure environment
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Accenture, I have always been made to feel welcome and given actual responsibility. At times it has been hard to balance uni-work with my regular job role.
The programme organisation has been good for the most part however due to my uni group being the first on a new course and COVID-19, this year has been a bit up in the air.
We receive support from a variety of different people - we have career counsellors to help us decide where we want to end up, the Accenture apprentice staff for general life/apprentice help and then the college staff for uni related help.
We attend uni once a week for 8 hours.
What we are taught in uni is directly applicable to my job role
There are nearly daily events/activities to attend even while we are working remote.

It is the perfect opportunity to get a qualification while working. Apprentices are treated like adults and are given actual responsibility day-to-day.
