My roll is to learn how to become a qualified vehicle technician and learn how to fix problems on light vehicles, on a day to day basis I watch technicians repair faults with vehicles and I ask questions about what they are doing and then on some jobs I am given a task to carry out on the vehicle.
yes I have learned new skills that I didn't know before. I have been taught numerus new skills by the vehicle technicians.
I enjoy my program a lot as it is something I am passionate about and that I have been interested in my whole life.
The structure of my program is very good it is set out out in specific modules that are easy to follow.
I receive a lot of support from my employer who on a day to day basis check how I am doing.

They have an amazing amount of support that they offer their staff and they regularly check that you are getting on well and are ok.
