I oversee medium to large Projects which encompass the installation of Fire Alarm systems
Skills learnt have been towards leadership and management, delegation and customer-focused interaction.
It provides me with a large insight into all aspects of management. Broadening my view on the business as a whole.
The programme is well structured and supported.
I have constant one 2 one support from both my employers on a daily basis.
I am in constant contact with my training provider who supports me through my apprenticeship.
It provides me with an in-depth understanding of a management role within a business.
Social activities have been put on hold due to Covid-19. However, my organisation usually hosts charity sports events as well as out of work bonding experiences.
