My job is to Provide and repair fibre network
I have learnt a lot of new skills and also managed to use some old skills to help me in my current position
I enjoy the study days, as we get time to reflect on what we have achieved so far
I think it’s structured well, could be a bit clearer on the maths and English as not everyone got GCSEs but as an adult got the equivalent, the job is hard enough with out having to do extra
We can ask any questions and they are more than happy to help
I can ask my trainer anytime and she will answer or get the answer if she doesn’t know it
It doesn’t, maybe reflect on what I have done but this is such on the job training
Not at the moment due to covid
Yes
They are by far the best place I have worked, and really don’t mind if your different and look after you, I can’t say that about any other job
If you don’t succeed the first time try again, it’s worth it
