  • The programme is great and I feel as though I'm developing more and more each day.

  • The programme is very organised and very well structured too.

  • I receive a lot of support from my manager, patch lead and the whole team in general.

  • There's a lot of support available.

  • Lots of avenues to progress into and Openreach is a very professional company
