Manchester met organised the structure very well. The modules met the learning needs of the students at a rate which was manageable. There could be more communication between McDonald’s and the learning provider about the appropriateness of content- some modules we knew a lot about such as managing and leading people and safety in the work place.
They gave me more support when I asked for it. But the support was surface level and at times the pressure of the job was hard to manage alongside the degree- it greatly impacted stress levels and my personal well-being. That being said, the learning experience of this has made me a better manager
