Fixing and finding faults within the broadband and phone lines
I have learnt all different kind of skills, such as working on dropwires and working with technology
Thus for I have enjoyed my time learning, I feel like there could be some improvements
Organisation is probably not the best From what I’ve experienced, not all the things that we did have made sense in the order we did them
Employer has not given us much support but our trainers have given us quite a bit
Not got that far yet we are just learning how to do the job at the moment
A lot but I feel like there could be more time with the trainers to get your knowledge better

It’s a good work/social balance, I feel like open reach are there for you as well as for the own benefit whereas some companies only care about them
Do some home learning before you go to class as it’s not all taught in the class
