On day to day basic I pick up job provide customer with phone lines and jumping them up in pcp. Pick up repairs tasks.
Yes, I have learn how to approach customers when they are distress and annoyed with there phone line issues. Also how to use Openreach equipment correct and in an safety manner.
They each a new challenge. Always having to think outside the box for solutions.
The program is organised as you know when each apprenticeship day is and what is expect of you.
I would I receive good amount of support but there is room for improves.
