    • I enjoy it a lot as it gives me opportunity to learn so many new skills and gain so much valuable experience

    • Really well organised. Step by step structure of a programme is very effective.

    • There's always a support from my patch leads, managers and especially my senior colleagues.

    • Support is always there whether it's on the job or off the job training.
