I enjoy it a lot as it gives me opportunity to learn so many new skills and gain so much valuable experience
Really well organised. Step by step structure of a programme is very effective.
There's always a support from my patch leads, managers and especially my senior colleagues.
Support is always there whether it's on the job or off the job training.
It gives me a confidence knowing that I have an actual foundation of my role and the fact that I know what am I doing
