  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very organised and structured. I have never felt like I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing and everything I need to do is always explained throughly. The organisation is impressive. There is a lot to do and take in but it always feels structured and organised with what I need to be doing.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer and my colleagues. I know there is always someone there who I can ask for help or advice from and because I am working in a team a lot of the time the help is always there. When working on my own I know help is just a phone call away.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have lots of workshops where we have all the support we need when they take place. Lots of information given and able to ask questions and get advice. In between the workshops my assessor is always available via email or call and always happy to assist in anything I have asked.

  • My qualification will make me perform my role properly and learn everything I need to learn for my job role. So I feel that this qualification will make me aware of the standard that is required of me in my job role to meet the standards of the qualification.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At the current time with the COVID pandemic and all of the restrictions in place this is really not something that has arisen for obvious reasons. When the restrictions have eased and the opportunity for extra-curricular activities are there I am sure this is something I will be interested in.
