Talking to customers and making amendments as well as dealing with things like complaints
I learned more about insurance
It’s good I like the course although it gets really overwhelming and I have barely any free time because I’m always working and the shifts are normally around 10 hours long aswell
I feel like I should be more organised but other than that it’s really good because we get enough time for everything

It’s hard at 1st when it gets better when u’ll get used to it so don’t get discouraged at 1st
