I am a motor service consultant, i find this role a little bit stressful but overall i enjoy my role and what i do and want to progress more
Yes, ive gained more confidence with talking to people while working here and kow alot more about insurance then i ever did
I enjoy what i do and the field im in but i struggle with sitting on the phone all day sometimes
I think it is well structured and organised but feel as if we need maybe some other more training then just reading a book
I receive lots of support from my employer, they are very helpful with everything and give us the time that we need
I feel as if we have good support with the training being provided by everyone
I think it just backs up our knowledge more and what im doing
They have plenty of things for us to get involved with the rest of the company such as network events
Yes
As its a really supportive company and i believe they have good ethics
Try and put in as much effort and concentration as it will really help and dont be afraid of your own confidence getting in the way
